Meal plan for an additional charge

The meals include soft drinks, iced tea, juice and coffee; they don’t include any alcoholic beverages. The price is per meal per person and in order for us to help you, we must get your choices at least 5 days before your arrival Payment for a food plan can be done by Venmo or by bank transfer 5 days before your arrival.

Pre-stocking service $120.00: we can ensure the Villa is stocked in anticipation of your arrival. We can buy liquor, wine and beer or any thing else you may want to have in the refrigerator. If you require a big or an small shop your list is required 5 days before your arrival.

Dinner 

  • Mayan fish - Mesquite charcoal grill whole Sea bass

 Breakfast 

  • Omelet Criollo: Goat cheese, oven-roasted tomatoes, sweet peppers, and red onions finish with a green tomatilloo garlic sauce      

  • Oven roasted potatoes, sea salt, garlic with a hint of chipotle

  • Fresh Fruit, toast, fruit marmalades, and coffee

Lunch 

  • Fry white fish Tulum style

  • Black beans, white rice

  • Cabbage, avocado, lime salad

Dinner 

  • Enchiladas – Potato, yucca, vegan goat cheese, and Mexican peppers in a corn tortilla, finish with a tomato garlic sauce, Mexican vegan cheese, and vegan sour cream

Breakfast 

  • Chilaquiles - Crispy tortilla strips on a bed of black beans topped with tomato, chili, garlic sauce, scrambled eggs, vegan goat cheese, and vegan sour cream

Lunch 

  • TACOS PHIBIL – Charcoal grilled Chicken Phibil, marinated in bitter orange, garlic, and Mayan achiote.
